Gin Weathers has a multi-leveled background in business, arts and culture. She was a specialist on building coalitions to support legislative issues for a major trade association in Washington D.C. and was part of the White House Conference for Children and Youth. Her education includes both B.S. and M.Ed degrees, and postgraduate work in journalism, real estate and communications. Weathers is a member of the Board of Directors for the Carmel Heritage Society and the Middlebury Institute of International Studies eMIISaries Committee. She is a former trustee for the Monterey Museum of Art, Carmel’s PacRep Theater, American Cancer Society and Carmel Chamber of Commerce. She has been a consultant for business development, marketing and community relations. Her background in real estate includes the development and marketing of premier high-rise office buildings in Los Angeles, and consultant for government relations and public art programs. She was the former Executive Director of the Monterey Peninsula Commercial Properties Owners Association. She has been helping sellers and buyers on the Monterey Peninsula for over a decade as a licensed Real Estate Agent and Founder of First Stop Relocation on the Monterey Peninsula.
Charlotte Gannaway is a partner with the Weathers Real Estate Group. Charlotte entered real estate with 17 years’ experience in retail management in Arizona and California. She was Manager of Selling/Service and Training for Saks Fifth Avenue in Carmel before earning her real estate license. Charlotte spent much of her retail career defining service standards of excellence and redefining programs to be client centered. In Carmel, while studying the area’s historical legacy, Charlotte developed a passion for local architecture and heritage sites. Charlotte brings her extensive knowledge of real estate inventory to the team, and carries forward her ethos for client centered excellence.
